I love the fiber one brownies. The new coffee and lemon ones are great. I eat one everyday for breakfast as a side item with what I am eating. So they work for me. :)

This is how I feel, I don't restrict myself. I still have at least 2 frappuccinos a week, they are my favorite "sweet". I also usually have a day on the weekend, that I don't log too and I know I go over my calories. It is about preparing myself for maintenance and day to day life. I weigh myself throughout the day...everyday. Probably a few times a day, like morning...afternoon...and before bed. I like to see the patterns of up and down. I noticed that when I didn't weigh, was when I gained weight. I only log if the loss is two days in a row.

Me, I do eat healthy most of the time. But I still have my sweets and processed food all the time. As long as it is within my calories. I mean, I had a hamburger and French fries yesterday. :) It was oh so good!

I only drink water now. I use to live on coke zero and diet dr pepper. So I just started by exchanging one coke with one water..each week. Then I eventually didn't drink any soft drinks and I haven't since.

I try to do no less thn 400 but I also go as high as 800-900 calories. I eat about half back.

I work fulltime and I also have a toddler and an older son. I exercising in the afternoon/evening. I guess my children are use to me exercising, because they do their own thing when I exercise. I started logging and started with walking on the treadmill at about 3.5 speed and then went on from there.

In March of this year. I kept kidding myself thinking I would start my diet the next day...then the next day. Etc. I finally decided to take control of what I ate and get moving...30 pounds later, I am so glad I made that decision. This has been surprisingly easy and that has helped me stay motivated.

So true! You have 2 good months to lose inches. It is definitely possible. Good luck! I would love to hear an update on this in a couple months. You should take before pics now in your wedding dress, so you can see your progress better.

I am 5'8 and my goal is 145. I am 155 now..only 10 pounds away! But I have a feeling when I get there, I will make a goal for 135-140.

I always wear shorts. I get them from old navy, target or walmart. I wear normal exercise shorts, but not the compression type.

I am 5'8 and I am 155 now. (Started at 185). I also hope to be 140-145. My goal is 145, but I may change if to lower when I get there.

Everyone looks great! Here are my pics :) I still have about 10 or so to lose. I am 5'8 ....Before was after losing 6 pounds at 179 and after was a couple weeks ago at 157. I am 155 now.

I think you may lose some of them, but you have a great shape and you look great now. So I bet even losing some weight, will keep the "womanly" shape that you have.

This. I suggest maybe taking off the weekends. Since we tend to eat the most on weekends, It would be good to see if you can control what you eat without counting on those days.

I have noticed that some of the barcodes are not correct. But I always double check calories when I enter the food. Only thing I have no idea would be veggies and fruit, so I trust MFP. At least it is the healthy stuff I have to trust.
