My end goal is 110. I know that is on the low-end of healthy BMI, but I've been there before and I was quite healthy, and I've had approval from my Dr. that it is on ok weight for me. So I have somewhere between 9 and 10 lbs to go.

It's not so much that I'm worried about the 1.2 gain; I know that my weight fluctuates up and down. its that overall I'm only down 1 lb for 3 weeks of hard work!

I wonder if it would be same calorie estimate for non-dairy "whey"?
