Love how everyone's are so different, obviously being slimmer and healthier is a prize in itself but I am so excited to be able to wear dresses and show off my body! Having been my goal weight before I know the feeling! Im just very impatient! Hope we all reach our goals!

Im the same, but i keep thinking about nourishing my body and what are the best foods I can fit in! I eat a lot of veg which doesnt add to much on the cals but means I am getting lots of vitamins! I look at my nutritional break down so I have enough protein and go from there!

hi guys :) Yay other insanity dudes! Add me we can "Dig Deeper" and do this together! sweetsarahj- sorry you hurt you ankle, I nearly killed myself a couple times jumping around! But make sure your ankle is fully healed wouldn't want to risk further injury! But I agree its great!

I am on day 4 and find I 'm starving the next day. i have to workout very late so have a protein shake after then bed. The next day I just crave carbs constantly its so hard to resist! I find push ups impossible as I weigh 180lbs and I cannot push that, I really need to get lighter so I can improve! I really love it though.

Of course you can, just eat complex carbs. Like brown rice, wholewheat bread and pasta. Don't eat anything in excess and you will be fine.
