  • Just did a super zumbathon for 1 hour, kept focus on my goals when I lost motivation....
  • 40 minutes Zumba today playing for fun instead of just thinking about losing weight.
  • Done a couple hour long Zumbathons on the kinect, noticed some weight coming off since I bumped up to an hour of exercise.
