When (day of the week and time) and how often do you weigh in?

Since I met my weight loss goal I only weigh in every couple of weeks, but during I weighed weekly. I was very anal about it being consistant...It had to be nude, first thing in the morning, after I did my bathroom business and (sorry if TMI) I would wait to weight if it had been more than 2 days since I pooped...:blushing: I'm sure just once a week on the same day at the same time is fine though.0

I only weigh in on Mondays first thing in the morning. Only ONCE a week!
It is very tempting to weigh every day but it will drive you crazy if you do and you don't see big results.0 -
wednesday and saturday mornings... mid week boost, and a weekend check up0

I record my weight and i look what i was 7 days ago, im not using it as a oh i gained a kilo today and lost a kilo two days later.0 -
I weigh in 3 times a week, every morning I go to the gym, because I like the scales there. I find I don't mind seeing the variation throughout the week, I'm always higher on monday (weekends are the times I'm more likely to eat junk) and my weight goes down later in the week. As long as you don't get disheartened if it goes up a little now and then, weighing in regularly isn't an issue. I find it keeps me mindful of what I'm trying to achieve.0

I weigh in once a week. Same time same day PLUS I take measurements. I have found that your weight may not change but you lose inches. The scale can be an evil place!0

My husband weighs himself once or twice a day and it drives me absolutely insane! I usually weigh in on Monday mornings but if I ever do allow myself a treat its on the weekend so I was wondering if weighing in before the weekend would be better...and more encouraging :P0

i like to weigh myself on wednesday i check in on the mornings then do it again later in the day, definatley after a bathrrom break though0

Friday afternoon after work on the same set of scales in Boots so it's consistant and I can't be tempted to weigh in all the time0

I weigh every single day, it keeps me on track when I'm been good....And when I fall off the wagon it's a short sharp reminder to get back on track. I weigh when I wake up, before I have my morning coffee0
