I had this issue at first too. working up to the full motion by doing supported squats helped a little, but when I started doing a few yoga stretches designed to stretch the hips, it really upped my game. Now I can easily squat. Try Eye of the Needle or the Goddess pose. It will really open up and stretch your hips.

I know right? I have a 24 ounce water bottle, and I fill the thing up twice before 9 am. By dinner time I've already done 96 ounces of water on a slow day. I'm pretty sure that as long as the intake of water is spread throughout the day, there is little to worry over.

I don't see any logs in your diary. You probably shouldn't be eating under 1200 calories a day. It isn't healthy.

I have over 100 to lose, and am willing to add friends. I had the same issue. When I started monitoring my portions, my acid reflux almost entirely disappeared. I still have moments but they are NOTHING like I had before.

I jut had this conversation today. So silly. I log each morning, and it helps me to have meals already planned and logged. Then I also know how many calories I can use for snacking, etc. through my workday. If I decide to switch something up, it's easy and quick. It's only a bother until it becomes a habit.

That's hard to guess. If it absorbs very little oil while deep frying it will still increase calories by a good 50%. If it absorbs a lot of the oil, it can double the calories, or more (from what I read on a google search). But browse yourself, you may find something better than that.…
