Some of the ladies at my gym have NO problem showing all the glory that comes from old age. Props to them, but I wish I didn't know what I have to look forward to if I make it that long.

I love mine! I'm much more active than I previously thought, and it encourages me to be active on lazy days. Before, I would get food guilt when I went over my calorie goals. Turns out I was usually eating way under what I should have been, or was eating within maintenance. My Flex has helped me understand my body better.

If you go to your photobucket, they have a "direct link" that you can copy. Make sure the [ img ] part is lowercase (and no spaces).

What I listen to drastically changes my enjoyment of my workout. Tried a workout podcast with upbeat music, and was bored out of my mind. My stomach and back first. I've already noticed a difference in my stomach. I'm happy about it, but my thighs and arms are going to be the last to go, I can already tell. My belly is also the last place I gain weight.

I seriously can not believe that adults do this. Blows my mind. You think people would know to bring in food if they're going to be working all day, and that it is never appropriate to steal from others.
