I am right there with you! My friends and i workout together and some of them are sore the next day ... but i dont feel a thing ... i was thinking i wasn't doing enough but sometimes i just don't have time to do more than 30 mins a day

Well usually when you feel like you are hungry you are actually just thirsty so try to drink a cup of water or 2 and try to get some regular meals in there, snacking isn't bad it keeps your metabolism going but you need to make sure that they are healthy choices! Good Luck
