Learn to eat less so you can reach your goals. It's simple
-
It's a good thing. Keep up the good work

Myth, I eat 600 calories (usually 300-600) of vegetables and super foods I have my weekly 900 cal day My body is functioning normally I don't recommend this but it's my personal story
-
Yes. You can eat 600 calories worth of unhealthy food and lose weight rather than 2000 calories with healthy foods, But you should stick to 1200 worth of vegetables (I don't want to get stampede by a bunch of people saying I'm promoting "starvation mode")
-
You learn to watch what you eat and what's in your food
-
They skinny shame so much.. It's not even funny

To shake a plateau, eat 2300-2700 calories one day and don't exercise Make sure to drink water and poop (I know but hear me out). OR just workout a lot and drink lots of tea and water one or two days The next day, go back to normal

You must not be eating and burning that much. Eat around 2000 and try take it slower with exercise There is no such thing as starvation mode when you eat what's recommended but exercise, Eating that much isn't starving. I am face-palming so hard..

Maybe better or healthier choices? Or change it up.
-
Goodness gracious, just leave it be. Being under your goal is good. It's just 300 calm down

1900 is enough. 2000 is the maximum amount for an adult woman.
