Maintain , lift as heavy as possible ..gain a little muscle/reduce Bf and also eat more healthy diet which I've been working on anyway.. iam not making goals for 2016 I've be working on these way before the new year.. so Ill be doing the same thing I've been doing.. just working on getting better at them.

I've been doing strong lifts 5x5x for 3 weeks & a half now .3 days I lift per-week the other two days are a little cardio..

Lifting weights can be done at home why only at a gym? Iam currently lifting at home because I cannot afford the expensive gym I have in my area. I got my first weight set from eBay for only about 70$ for a the bar ,100 lbs of weight and 2 weight bar clips included . You do not need a gym to exercise most things at the gym…

I calculate my surplus by how much I go over In thee negatives. I always log exercise_ I haven't ever really payed attention to net cals much if thats what your asking. I just go by overall.

Alright that's the idea I had in mind because I stay on track better when iam slightly below maintenance . at least if I go over a bit I wont be Gaining.. atleast Ill try not to. :S

I've donated most of my baggie clothes. There's no reason for me to keep them around.I know there's many others that will need them so trashing them isn't an option for me unless they were in bad condition.

Hardest part about losing weight was eating cakes ,doughnuts and drinking alcohol in moderation .. sometimes i'd go over board and wipe out the deficits I had made in the week.

Congratulations! That's a great achievement to be able not to log everyday and have things in your control more so without focusing on calories all the time .

I am having that situation as well .. I've been in a deficit of lose .5 lbs per week for 3 months now. The scale never did budge ___>but I saw myself not being able to fit clothes I could before and I also looked more slim and fit overall.
