just because it's a doctors scale does'nt mean it's 100 % accurate.. i started for myself (only) and after gaining 50 lbs over the years i decided it was time to get my weight back down to what i was years ago p.s i dont like being fat either haha

Make sure my protiens are in check i will exercise a little longer (done) eat more fruits (done) pay attention to what iam eating and how it makes me feel (work in progress) walk for 48 minutes aside from my workout (24/48) sleep well (later on)

i like that advice.. this is what i do infact... i remember before when i use to be that way.. beating myself up about over eating sometimes i still do.. not much as i did before i always have a couple days of the week where iam over 2000 calories even tho iam trying to lose a few lbs i dont plan them they just happen...…

same here.. from my experience ..I was using slim quick 3 tablets or 3 gummies once perday usually after lunch ...it helped to make hunger pangs come gradually (slowed them) but didn't erase them completely with it I use to end up eating less like 200 calories less sometimes

iam 5'5 i was 142 lbs with a big belly and big flabby arms so i did'nt like it. I had heck of alot more body fat then lbm for sure..to conclude (i was'nt happy at all with it)

I am not as restrictive as i was before_ accepting days that i go slightly over my calorie goal and move on and proceed for better. ...I don't set time frames as in I need lose this much weight in that much time..I get there when i get there.. i dont take big calorie breaks like 8 weeks or so because it does'nt work that way for me.. what i do now is be in a deficit 5 days of the week then the other 2 days i eat at maintenance or slightly above it by 200 calories sometimes... i think this works better to keep losing steady and not be at a stand still for that…

when iam in my losing weight phase i dont cut back calories when iam maintain i try my best to cut back on atleast150- 300 calories for a few days of the week depending on how much i've over ate which is most times only by 500-1000 calories _ .. for me it's not neccessary to cut back unless i've had one of them 3000-3800…
