oh yea and i dont eat exercise calories back much maybe just a few days of the week theres no need for "me"to eat them back everyday_

yes .. infact I've always eaten 1550-1600 to lose weight my SW was 150 and i was losing about 1.5 lbs perweek it slowed after i got to 123lbs now iam losing like 0.8 lb perweek sometimes 1lb _exercise I did 180-220 minutes perweek and thats not alot for me.. i also walked about 160- 250 minutes perweek and still do now..…

I use to take photos one day of every month but sence iam losing weight slowly now.. ill do it every 2-3months now.

I eat from any restaurant or store that has the foods i like while out ..I just log it to the best of my ability even tho i know iam not fully accurate ... I dont eat at chain places.. often while iam out ill just go grab 1 slice of pizza from a random pizza spot most the time and log it .I pick entries ranging 150-300…

just to lose 2.5 lbs per month until i lose about 10lbs (120 > 110 get strong in fit aspects swimming, running weightlift.(ect).. Eat more healthy Maintain my weightloss and apply everything else i said except for the lose lb part.

I use my own personally made ones which are pretty accurate most days i only burn 150-180 calories within 45 minutes... only a few days ill eat my exercise calories back_ .. yea and mfp exercise calculations be way off i rarely use them

i've had 2 c-sections first 1 went fine and dandy second 1 was the one that left me with a big shelf..my shelf thing has reduced alot after me losing 30 lbs from 150 down to 120 lbs its still there but much smaller then before.. i dont expect it to go away completely but do expect it to get down to a smaller size so _____…

i have drinked a nice cold (beer) after a few workouts its np for me.. also lost 50 lbs while drinking beer almost everyday and sometimes hard liquor.. beer is my better option sence it's so much more liquid for less calories.

yes look out for the cravings creept... drinking alcohol can lead to more eating for sure .. happens to me most the time.. and is why i did cut out some alcohol not all... i use to drink 5 days a week now i've reduced it to 3 *
