yes this is very true.. I did'nt lose wight for about 2 months the loss had stalled then when I brought a food scale started weighing most my food and logging the extra grams of food the weight started dropping I actually losted 5 lbs i know a few of them was water weight but is np for me as long as the scale finally had…

I been facing the scale every morning for a week now with no change. I wont be weighing myself because iam going on a 2 week vacation.I was thinking about carrying my scale with me but nah.. Vacation is vacation iam not getting caught up in scale numbers..

good advices .. iam ready to maintain"again" soon as well and start with body weight exercise until I order my weight set/station in late august or september.. I have 5 lbs to lose but I really really do not think I should dip under 120 lbs even tho I want to >.<

I knew I was losing weight when slowly my whole wardrobe was becoming unwearable. All my clothes were just falling or hanging off of me. Also when I was'nt flabbing/ jiggling all over the place/body as usual :P. My face did'nt look puffy anymore from all the fat :P it thinned out very nicely = ).

i dont actually avoid any foods .. I just keep small amounts of them in my home.. I have a problem when getting a big package of cakes doughnuts or cookies and eating the entire package in 1 sitting :p

well I just learned something new today ^^ . Glad I Read this . Iam at a healthy weight (120lbs) 5'5 with 5lbs to go Ive been eating 1380 calories everyday..> but now! ill up them! I defenately dont want to lose muscle .. i'll up mines to 0.5 lb loss . :s

as for me my weight climbed from 115 to 125 for 2 months ( retaining water from starting exercise) and then all of a sudden I dropped 5 lbs a couple weeks later

I normaly eat in a defict.. If an event comes up and I want to eat more i'll eat at maintenance for that day or even go slightly over it .. later on I continue my normal deficit days... If I were in maintenance I would for sure eat 500-1k calories above it and balance the remainder of my week by eating at a slight deficit…

same thing happens to me .. before I started back exerciseing. I was 115 lbs then when I Started within 2 months my weight went up to 123 lbs and have been stuck there ! but i Know if i stop working out for a month or 2 ill turn out weighing between 112-115 lbs possibly .. Them water retention lbs seems to fly off only…

it's not much of a problem for me .. If iam losing weight phase .. I'll Eat at maintenance If iam in the maintenance Phase I'll Eat about 700-1k cals above it.. I then balance out everything through out the week and if i need to eat at a small deficit I do to make the balance .

Yes even prepackaged food.. they be off as well .. especially bread in my experience EX:Serving size 1 slice of bread =23g When weighed it's always either 25g-30g! and this is why weighing everything is important.. I really think you should weigh that bread hahahaha.
