Hell yes!! Especially if they want to eat at resturaunts all the time..Or go to the bar where drinks have massive amounts of calories..My next date I'm going to invite them to the gym for a walk on the treadmill and some basketball on the court!!

Classes are THEE best they keep me motivated. I do Zumba, Body Pump and a strength-toning class :-)

Thanks for your input!! I agree with mornings. I do like evenings too because I get off work at 5:00PM and the gym is litterally right across the street. Since the weather has been beautiful I have not been wanting to go to the gym period, let alone after work . So I have been getting up early to do workout dvds at home,…

I'm 5'2 and I weigh 150lbs right now I would like to be between 130-140 nothing smaller than that! My boobs are huge so if I were to weigh what the doctor says which is 119. I'd look like a stick with boobs!! lol

Thanks for your input! I like the moderation idea, because I know for a fact that I will go overboard. If I have a "cheat' day it usually ruins everything I worked hard for because I will over do it! I will try working it into the dailly calorie intake. Thanks guys!!

Thanks guys..I just don't want to over do it..Beacause I know if I deprive myself I will binge and defeat the whole purpose. I will I did know more accurately how many calories I was burning. I think I will invest in a HRM.
