It would be nice if companies would offer healthier alternatives especially as health care providers. Where we promote healthy behavior to our patients, but see nurses in the breakroom scarfing down horrible food choices.

Thanks for the advice!! I will be a good example for my patients. I'm a firm beliver in practicing what I preach. And I don't sit on my *kitten* all day I work like a damn maid making sure my patients have what they need and my CNA's respect me for helping them out when they need it!

I go alone. My friends are nowhere near in the same shape I am in they will slow me down. I wish I could find a work out buddy though!!

I read that as long as you workout for 60 minutes a day it is totally okay to split it up. I saw on Dr. Oz or The Doctor's (I don't always agree with them) but he said that working out twice a day will boost your metablolism so I could see that being beneficial. I do strength in the AM and Cardio in the PM I switch it up…

This is a absolute must!!! Have a little now or you WILL binge later which is NOT good. I just learned to budget what I want into my daily calories and it works great! You can do it :-)
