I see so many before pics which are still amazing but they look dull compared to the after pics..Where does that post weight loss glow come from that every one on here seems to have? I'm curious...Is is confidence?..is it nutrients?..

AM or PM workouts most successful :-)
Need opinions: I usually work out in the evenings..however, I've been working out in the morning and evenings lately. Which is more effective, AM or PM workouts? How do you guys feel about eating dinner after working out? Thoughts please..and have a blessed and woderful day :-)

Do you guys have a cheat day?
Just wondering if anyone "goes hard" with their dieting/excercising all week and then... on the weekend or whatever day of your choice, do you eat what you want? Will this defeat the purpose of your had weeks work? Thoughts please..Thank you.

15 Pounds to go and my weight won't budge
I don't know what to do..I've been the same weight back and forth since November 2011. I've switched up my excercise routines I work out six days a week eat 1200 calories,added weights three times a week. Now I'm losing my motivation. I also quit smoking a few weeks ago so I'm battling chocolate cravings HELP!! Please
