Yes I am just so worried because my weight is stubborn I mean it really does not want to go anywhere! but I do not want to take everything that is delicious away from me so I think I may try it and see what happens lol.

Awesome!! Yes I just started once I get this birth control taken out I have a feeling it won't be as struggling as it has been. It has taken me a long time to figure out that putting foreign objects in your body will always affect it in negative ways!!
