  • I feel your pain, I used to have no control over my eating whatsover it stopped me from talking to others and going out because I felt too angry with myself for having eaten everything in my kitchen again. I honestly can't pin point a specific time when I stopped this vicious circle, but I know that I became busy with work…
  • Love how many JM gals there are on MFP, add me I'm on day 1 again (completed) as I had a week off because of a flu :)
  • This looks well yummy I'll have to try it :)
  • closed book/social butterfly
  • Weights and a yoga mat. I use the zumba 1-pound weights and still get a proper workout :)
  • On toast, on rice cakes, on crackers, ryveta biscuits, on anything really :) Loove cottage cheese!
  • Listen to up-beat music Watch tv (during monotonous cardio workouts it helps speed up time) Find fun workouts - zumba, Wii games esp Just Dance, the harder the better as I aim to perfect the routines Day dream, day dream a lot (It helps to imagine yourself be a personal trainer, silly but effective) Exercise early in the…
  • Another fan here, I'm starting level 2 tomorrow I'm very motivated to do it every day. First few days you feel sore but don't give up it goes away, you then feel your legs and belly tighten my legs are so firm now I love it! I only use 1 pound weights but can see results already. Not weight-wise as I've gained muscles but…
  • That's great well done :) I know I still smoke but what helped me when I stopped for a while were nicotine mints, whenever I felt like I wanted a snack I had a mint and both cravings went away. Good luck :)
  • In the past my binges made me eat literally anything from bread to anything in my cupboards O.o I'm so glad I'm not that weak any more, now I can always cook something relatively healthy even if I'm really hungry. It sounds good that you crave bran, it might be your body wanting vitamins instead of fatty foods :)
  • Wow it sounds great well done :) I'm doing cardio and strength too and I've noticed an increase in muscles so I'm looking forward to the time I notice a difference :)
  • I'd love to do it too :) Although weight loss is not my key goal as I'm building muscles now and toning up, I want to eat healthier so it would be good to see little changes.
  • Hahahaha :D I have to admit I love these drinks though :)
  • I'm glad there's more of us on here, I'm on day 10 and loving it :) You don't have to use weights at first, I use 1 pound ones, still haven't change my bad eating habits but can see results. Feel free to add me and good luck, don't give up it's worth it!
  • I don't know about low cal sweets but I absolutely love rice cakes or crackers with cottage cheese! They're so filling and you feel 'cleaner' after eating them. Apple slices with peanut butter are well known, porridge with chocolate is another one of my faves, it's healthy but still soothes a sweet tooth :)
  • That's good :) Your body will adjust to it, just don't give up. I strongly recommend Jilian Michael or Denise Austin, they have a lot of youtube videos. Zumba is great as well, especially the DVD's, my belly and arms always look better after an hour of dancing
  • Wow you guys workout A LOT ! :) I'm on day 9 of 30 day Shred, despite being terribly ill.
  • Hi welcome to MFP! Do you aim just lose weight or tone up as well? :) A former fasting gal here, so I get what you go through, just make sure you drink water and if you feel like eating, pop on MFP and get involved :3
  • 1. Pizza Hut - cheesy bites pepperoni pizza (mmm) + enough JD to think I'm dreaming :D
  • This is soo me! I'm always hungry, it's what made me binge for years. I eat more when I exercise too which is every day O.o I wish I knew effective ways to deal with this but one thing is drinking tea's all the time, especially in the evenings. I agree with proteins as well, and don't forget fibre! Eating Kellogg's Fruit…
  • Hey guys! I'm 19, doing Shred by Jilian Michaels and my biggest goal is to eat less and healthier, preferably stick to the 1,400 calorie limit, which is my biggest struggle atm. Feel free to add me :)
  • Hi there :) Welcome to MFP I'm new too but loving the atmosphere and support here. You can join several groups and even receive weekly challenges in some of them. Make sure you regularly update your food and exercise logs, calorie track has always helped me see where I've been going wrong. What type of exercise do you…
  • When I need a healthy lunch on the go, I cook cauliflower with veggies and philadelphia cheese. It tastes really nice! :) Or make a cauliflower soup, filling and warm!
  • Ah carbs are the worst :( And I'm finding MFP better than fatsecret already :)
  • Jilian Michaels has a lot of different workouts you can easily access through her youtube channel, I'm doing the 30 day Shred but I also love her circuit training it's very challenging! Denise Austin's kickboxing videos are also great. If you prefer shorter videos, why not invest in a Nintendo Wii? I know it's not…
