  • People's physical appearance is one thing I have never made fun of, especially since I have struggled with my own self image over the years. It is one thing to joke about someone's actions but not their physical appearance, IMO.
  • I get around 6 hours of sleep a night. I wish I could turn it into a solid 8, but no dice. I don't tend to get tired until about 1 or 2 in the morning and get up at 8 to get ready for work.
  • Thank you lhawkins, I appreciate the compliment. Wicked impressed with your transformation. I need to find your willpower and dedication. Any tips would be appreciated.

  • I am sure many off us on here have experienced negative incidents that have helped lower our self esteem and make us feel less valued as a human being because of our weight issues. • Welcome and good luck meeting your fitness goals. :)
  • I agree with some of the statements that when you have struggled with weight and self esteem issues, it is a uplifting experience to be told you look good. It reinforces the work you have put and to continue towards your goals.
