289.6 That is only 0.4# for the week but 6.4# so far...I am encouraged that the scale is moving in the right direction. Yay Us! :o)

Yay! I am in...I have lots of weight to lose but 40 lbs sounds like a great start. My husband comes home from deployment in June so it would be nice to shed some of this weight! :o) I need support so this sounds great! Thank you for starting the challenge!
