If you find you can't eat prunes everyday and you're in Canada then the product holy crap or skinny b is awesome. It's a mix of a few things like chia that help aid your bowels. Mix it with a liquid and let it stand for a few minutes to overnight. I like it with yogurt. It's like a cereal and all natural.

But we went last night and I had a medium Coke Zero and about a half cup of popcorn. Sometimes I go all out though.

There's nothing wrong with Paleo as long as your eating a fair amount of veggies and carbs from sweet potatos etc. It's only bad if you just eat fat and meat all the time.

I know this sounds crazy but the only way to reduce your water retention is by drinking more water you should be drinking at least 2 L of water a day

A good approach is making sure you always eat as much or more vegetables as fruit.

Boy people get real mad about that term. In my opinion it means meals created from whole foods rather than processed items that might contain items like corn syrup or other delicious but unhealthy if consumed a lot items. Marshmallow fluff would be not clean eating but an apple would.

Try cocoa crack. It's a tablespoon of coconut oil one of pure cocoa powder and a little stevia ( either powdered or liquid to taste ). Mix while the oil is melted and freeze in a muffin tin or formed tinfoil etc... Eat frozen it's like a dark chocolate bar without all the sugar.

You could probably do some light arm weight-training. I have been reading recently about post pardem woman using corset type things to help reshape the belly. I would have loved that idea back when I had my boys.

It's the amount of calories you eat minus your calories burnt from working out. If you are allowed 1500 calories a day but burn 500 you can eat 2000 but it nets 1500.

I agree with you! What a fight about semantics! Some people like labels and some don't. Amazing how the words "Clean Eating" can ignite a war!

I read a lot of page one, skipped to page 7 but then thought I should say something. I don't want to label my eating so strictly. I do mostly eat whole foods.
