Hi, I'm going back on Atkins tomorrow! I've lost focus during the summer and gained weight back. Now the past month and a half, I've tried to lose weight the "healthy" way, by watching my calories and eating my exercise calories back. Today I've figured out it's not working for me! I've been on Othro Tri-Cyclen for 13 yrs. It hasn't made me gain weight at all, not watching what I was eating (junk food) did!

When my bones feel cold I take a hot bath or shower to warm myself up... Or you could just move to California, it's still in the 70's/80's here! lol

I have an Iced Tea maker. Love it! You can get them for like $20. I drink iced green tea everyday!

I used to be the cardio girl that would get on the eliptical for 30 min + and power walk at home on the beach, but was getting frustrated that I wasn't losing much weight and barely losing inches, I thus switched to weight training, and in a shorter period of time I've lost inches and weight and feel so much better after…

I drink about 2-3 cups of Green Tea every morning with Splenda, thats my caffine fix for the day.

I've come across the "Spike Diet" which you get to have a cheat day once a week to spike your metabolisim. Going to try it.

Nice! I can't wait til i get my energy again, hate feeling sluggish, when I start eating good and walking/working out, I always wonder why I don't do this all the time, I feel great...but the carbs and sugars get the best of me and I'm back to feeling blah! Not this year, thats my goal, not to feel blah and to feel better…

I heard somewhere yesterday that you can take kale and cut it into strips and spritz olive oil over them, put it in the oven for 10min and they said they get crispy like chips... Don't know about the taste, but wouldn't hurt to try! :)
