Day 4:Level 1 = Done. Feeling a little less sore. My neck hurts a bit though. I think I might be doing the absence wrong. Any advice on how to relieve the problem? Thanks!

Day 3-Level 1= Done. I was feeling like a stick figure at first, but got through in the end. I actually burned more calories today than I did on the first two days. At a certain point on the video, J.M. says after day 5 we should feel a higher level of endurance...I will definitely let y'all know -- that is, if my legs and…

Favorite book: Pet Cemetary. It was my first and I read it when I was 9 or 10 years old. After that, I read almost everything he wrote up till ... Worst book: Gerald's Game: A kinky, hallucinating woman handcuffed to a bed for the WHOLE time and a hungry stray dog...not appealing :) Worst film: Pet Cemetary

Hi Rosie! You seem to have a lot going on right now. Maybe you should focus first on getting the emotional side of your issues under control with some professional help. You've spoken about binging and drug addictions etc., so I think you might want to figure out what pushes you to do what you do. Gastric band surgery…

If you don't have any health issues that keep your from eating what you want, then do it. Just make sure you're getting enough vitamins and essential minerals. I've never really understood what 'eating clean' means anyway considering everyone seems to have their very own expert opinion on the subject. As for me, I just…

Sometimes if your m.cycle is close, you'll see some water gain. I consistently gain around 3-4lbs every month around that time.

I drink LOTS of espresso -- with sweetener or just black -- and I've never seen my weight affected by it...headaches, yes, and lethargy if I don't get enough

I LOVE my heart rate monitor! I love to see the changes as I work out -- it's great because -- especially if I'm tired after a long day -- I can see if my workout is 'weak' and consequently modify what I'm doing to get the best results. However, although I know it's not 100% accurate, it makes planning the whole calorie…

If you feel good about yourself and where you're at doesn't include any health issues, then just be you. You are one of the very few people who I've seen on MFP that is acutally happy with themselves. KUDOS!!!!
