Thank you! I have a raw cookbook and it told me to go slowly but how slowly should I go? I already eat salads and fruits a lot. I am going to try to replace a meal with fruits or a salad to start out though. (maybe both)

right! I have the fitbit flex band and it pretty much tells me my bmr daily along with what I lose from the walking I do. of course! I won't go crazy, I'll still eat right and try to do tons of walking to get some weight off. I'll try my best but not overdo it for sure. I just hope I can do this.

it's at 1200, but on a normal day I go about 900-1000 tops. Maybe 2-3 times a week I do hit the 1200. But I do eat plenty and get full pretty easily because I eat slowly.
