I saw a similar post but with taller people so I thought I'd want to see how us shorties goals would be~ I'm 5'1 currently 165 pounds. I started out near 185-190 and my highest weight was nearing 200. My goal is 120. I want to know your goals as well, let's share!

Need help and advice! How much calories/carbs/sugars should I expect? Planning on doing 80% raw and 20% "normal" vegan? But for the next 2 weeks to a month I'm possibly going full raw! Any help would be great!

65 pounds to lose in 5 months! (my story)

okay so I got the fitbit flex yesterday, and I started using it. I just noticed that it calculates an estimated amount of calories burned throughout the day. Tofurky and Daiya cheese sandwich
should it be about the same calories as a regular sandwich or a bit below? I add: avocados, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato to it. If any one knows the exact calories and everything can you tell me so I can put it in? I have that for breakfast pretty much every day and it's a huge addiction! Thank you!
