It took me about a year and a half to lose and then I tried to maintain for 6 months. Now I’m back to losing because my boyfriend bought me a cruise for my birthday :-)

Thank you! Diet is the most important. It's 80% diet and 20% Exercise. I have a weight loss blog if you are interested in knowing more of what I did to lose the weight. Everyone's body composition is different. Personally, I have a great deal of muscle (due to genetics) and therefore am heavier than a lot of people think. I always have people say that they though I was more like 120 pounds and are flabbergasted when I tell them I weigh 25 pounds more than that. I think it's more accurate…

That's great!!! The most important thing is that you keep going no matter what. HITT= High Intensity Interval Training I run average about 3 miles a run. I certainly didn't start there. I do a lot of HIIT and running (training for a half marathon)... And of course clean eating

I change it all the time. Sometimes it's 1200, sometimes its 1300, sometimes 1500. I don't like to let my body get used to one calorie goal.

It took me about a year to lose 50 but I've slipped up at times and gained weight then started losing again. It's currently 2 years almost to the day from when I started.
