Good luck & dont go to fast! Im startin week 7 of c25k tomorrow (runnin 25 mins straight)... 6 weeks ago I couldnt even run a minute & a half! Now im runnin 2 miles in 25 mins.. Its crazy! I should have said that I do take probably 1 to 2 days off a week!! So im def resting ;) & even when I do my c25k, I also do abs & arms those days too!!

I had that same exact question when I started 3 wks ago.. But if u dont rest, ur more likely to hurt yourself or cause an injury!! Im going to finish wk 3 day3 tomorrow. I usually do c25k Mon, wed, & either fri or sat depending on the week! The other days, I do 40 mins of circuit training! Good luck :bigsmile:

When I finally do wake up after a night of drinkin, its usually around noon so its perfect for lunch. I eat a wendy's chicken sandwich. I know its bad but its the only thing my body wants.. Greasy food lol Good luck finding somethin healthy ;)

I use runkeeper along w/ My Track app. They both do the same thing except MY TRACK doesnt do calories! In case one fails, I have the other one ;)
