C25K app question
Hi everyone.. So I just finished week one of C25K lite (the free one). Since I like the app, I went ahead & just bought the actual app C25K. I want to be able to play music on it like it tells me I can but apparently I dont have any music to choose from.. How do I get music on there?? It says just tap on the music you want…

Which is better for you?
So today I had for the first time chobani greek yogurt and it got me thinkin.. Which is better?? Chobani nonfat greek yogurt, strawberry (140 cals) or dannon light & fit strawberry and banana (80 cals)?!? Which one should I be eating if in trying to loose weight? Any benefit to eating greek yogurt instead of the regular…

Motivation needed
So im 5'2 & 149lbs..Im trying to go down to 130 maybe even 125. I currently workout 4-5 times per week. (i just started 2 wks ago tho) I would love to see before & after pics of people my height. How did you do it? how long did it take you? Any advice? Thanks

is this bad
I love Hibachi but its way too many cals.. so today for lunch, i made a homemade version of it. In a pan i put 1 tsp of omega oil, 1tsp of minced garlic, then i put 1 egg (scrambled) & 1 cup of uncle ben's ready brown rice & finished it w/ 4 drops of soy sauce. Is THAT BAD?? it was delicious! Now im gonna want it every day…

1000 cals per day.. is that bad?
So today i started my 1000 per day from 1200 that i was doing before. Im 5'2" &150lbs. I need to loose at least 10 lbs by 9/11/11. I workout at least 3-4 times per week (burning 487 cals per 40 mins) I think that going from 1200 to 1000 will help me in this month. I hope that this will help but im not too sure about it! is…

Just wonderin if If Doing it rite
Im 5'2 & 150 lbs.. (just gained the last 10lbs in the last 2 months since I quit smokin cigs) now I wanna drop the 10 lbs & additional 10 lbs. I just started workin out yesterday (jackies total body circuit trainin that burns 487 calories) if im supposed to eat 1200 per day, do I still eat the 1200 plus the 487 calories?…
