Well besides eating better i did all my workouts at home ... i dont have time to go to the gym with my REALLY active Girls....*boohoo* i did Hip Hop abs every day (45 minutes workout) and then 3 times a week ab ripper X that was about it.... i hit MANY plateaus during those 4.5 months and went up and down with my weight…

it really is the most important thing. i still cant believe how much my body changed over the last few months it just hit me when i looked at all the picture Thanks again you all are AWESOME :D

Thank you Ladies. i am really proud of myself. the last 4.5 months have been really hard my weight went up and down and i lost a total of around 50lbs all together ( with the weight i regained and lost ect...) My husband is thrilled too because for the first time in years i am HAPPY with the way i look

i do Hip Hop Abs and i love it... but ill have to look for a different cardio since my body got used to Hip Hop abs and i am burning less and less calories (BUMMER)

i am really lucky... i started out with 123lbs before i got pregnant with my third daughter i gained a total of 32 lbs (GEEEZ) lol i didnt breastfeed for long cuz i had a really bad mastitis... i had to wait 8 weeks to start a light workout (C-section) i am pretty sure you will reach your goal in no time hon :D

do you have a heart rate monitor? if so add a new execise urself :) u can set the time ( how long uve worke out) and the calories uve burned

well the walking isnt something i do everyday ( but the cleaning is) so i can log the calories i burned walking today?!

i lost 29 lbs so far and my calories didnt change at all ( maybe because i am at the lowest cal. intake already?! )

i have the same problem ive lost 29lbs so far but im stuck at it for a while now .... i am afraid that if i up my calories that ill gain weight ?! also if u do up the calories and gain some weight is it possible that you hit the plateau again after i lose the weight that i gained back?

i feel the same way i am totally obsessed with the scale ( i know its not a good thing but i cant help it but weigh myself every day) i do want to lose inches but i also want this stinking scale to show me the # i want know what i mean?
