Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

I am wondering how i add my 30 day shred workout to my exercise diary...i dont find it in the database...can anyone help me???? thanks!!

    do you have a heart rate monitor? if so add a new execise urself :)
    u can set the time ( how long uve worke out) and the calories uve burned

    If you don't have a heart rate monitor, I would go with adding it as circuit training.
  • I am working out to that one this week its great. I just add it under circuit training and keep track of how long I do it for.

    Oh perfect. I just started the DVD today, as well, and was just trying to figure out how to list it as exercise. Thanks for the tips, as circuit training takes more calories and aerobics. :)
