  • No matter what I eat for breakfast I can be hungry at approx 11am, mostly I eat porridge oats with skimmed milk or 2 weetabix.   • I don't go out much (drinking) and zumba classes are my new going out :) Its partttty time!!
  • I haven't had a go at the dvd but go to class and go on the wii, I prefer going to class as its more fun and I am more motivated to go to my allocated slot to get away from the stress of family life. If I stopped going to class and allocated the same time for zumba on the wii I wouldn't do it. As for calories…
  • I got mine today and I love it, I just tried it for 5 mins, but add this to my 1-2 zumba classes a week I will be skinn before you know it ha ha!! I want a good HRM too, but they are so expensive!

  • Hello Another newbie, I am Emma and I am 29 in April, mummy to two children. Just before Christmas I was a stone off goal weight, but then put another stone on, so I really need to motivate myself now to get to the end! I go on holiday in 4 weeks so really need some help Emma
