  • Thanks all - a lot of food for thought for me!! Where can I get electrolyte fluids, is that like a lucozade or something different? Might try the supplements too - I have just started with a protein shake after a work out too :)
  • Thank you for your replies. I do drink quite a lot of water, but may try and increase it a bit more. It only seems to be recently I get them during exercise which would indicate lack of water, but it is mainly the night cramps. Will try more potassium, water, and some stretches too :)
  • I do a lot of exercise so I have set my diary to 1200 and eat back half or so of my exercise calories, I stick to the basics of slimming world (green day , 2 A's, 2 B's ) etc and make sure I don't go over my cals - I always go over my syns though and most of the time lose weight - although I do need to get back to tracking…

  • I would love to get back to it but no time to fit it in any more - in our county we have a 'back to netball' scheme which was great.

  • Thank you - just getting copies of the other dvd's - I have ripped in 30 Level one on sky+ so may have to use that with 30DS until they arrive! I usually do Level 2&3 together on 30day shred anyway :)

  • At the moment, I don't really have a goal as such, I still have approx 20lbs to go but will see when I get closer to getting the final 14lbs off. I would love to tone my arms and tops of thighs more, and of course the stomach, muffin top!! Thanks for your input :)

  • I have been doing 30DS and started doing L2 & L3 together when I don't have the children and have also integrated killer buns and thighs, so this looks great, can someone explain a little more or do you just follow the plan that was suggested above?

  • Mine is a pic of me at my cousin's wedding two weeks ago - one of my targets was to get back into my purple dress 'aka operation purple dress' and I did it!! Its to make myself proud of my achievement so far even though it is slow, and to prove I can do it :)

  • I need breakfast but I think it is also now psychological for me If I don't eat it I am not too hungry till lunch time, if I do eat it and I am hungry mid morning -weird!
