Leg cramps and exercise
Apologies if this isn't in the right section, but I am getting fed up of leg cramps. I have always suffered with them and when I mean suffered I mean suffered!! What do you eat when you feel faint and shakey?
This happens to me quite a lot even though I am full and have eaten enough I get really shakey and feel I want to faint at times, its quite horrible. Now I try and eat a banana and drink plenty of fluids, but its not good enough, the best solution for me is to eat something which has sugars in it, i.e a chocolate bar or…

Just wondering if anyone is mad enough to use the MFP app while following Slimming World? I go to class, and I have now changed my diary to look like a sw food diary. I wondered if there were any others following sw and need some moral support?

What do you use your remaining calories for?
If you had 500-800 calories left what would you use them on? Most days I don't have many left, but the days I do zumba I can have 800-1000 calories left, but I don't want to just use them on sugary and sweet things which are unhealthy.

How accurate are HRM?
Just tested my new Polar FT7 today, when I put in 30mins of fast walking into MFP it says I burnt 140 calories and my HRM says I burnt 267 calories - of course it doesn't take into account pushing two children in a pushchair too. I was just wondering in percentage how accurate HRM are?
