  • I can't help you as I am in the same position, no matter how much work I do - I just can't reduce it - its the biggest its been in such a long time, and it isn't even down to having children as I never got a bump with either really. I don't want a six pack, I just don't want this over hang - its getting me down
  • I prefer EV olive oil to fry light and use a table spoon of it, I also use sesame seed oil for stir fry now :)
  • It says I should eat 55 per day of protein (before exercise), and my average is approx 30-40 each day

  • Yep I have given blood for 15 years nearly - soon ready to move onto my next award. I had to stop for both pregnancies and the 9 months after plus a year when I had a tattoo, so about 5 years off!!   • I add my green tea and no added sugar cordial to water intake as you are consuming water. I think its a bit more work for the body to break down the water from the coffee/milk and sugar etc, but I have never heard anyone say you can't add tea/coffee/no added sugar cordial to it Other fluids I agree shouldn't be added

  • This, I tend to use the recipe calculator, as they are all there for your own personal use and if you eat them often it saves you typing out everything :) So I have a scrambled egg, using 7g clover light spread, and 3 eggs, if I use 2 or 4 eggs I can adjust serving size :)
