They have a right to be skeptical, but that's ok... Use that as fuel to push you harder... Sounds like you've talked a lot in the past, let your actions speak for you....

Imo you need to cut..... But everyone is different, I chose to get as lean as possible, 6'2 180.6 before I ever started bulking... The first cut is always the toughest, I came back and gained 31lbs during the winter on a bulk, now I am cutting again and it is much easier since I was lean before....

Everyone is different.... My current cutting numbers are 3600... But I don't use MFPs recommendations.

No it is not needed, but it is a very good option and one I prefer..... In all honesty exercise isn't the biggest factor to losing BF, but what you eat is...IMO Diet is the most important factor in losing BF...

I always plan one day ahead... I am very strict with hitting my numbers and I couldn't be happier... at first you eat a lot of the same things over and over, but eventually you find new things to hit your macros....
