Yes congrats no the baby!! You can lose the weight too I'm sure of it. I weighed 288 when I gave birth on 11/19/10 now, just a little over a year later I weigh 80 lbs less

Thanks but I'm 207 lbs and my goal weight is 150-160 but if I never reach it, oh well. I just want to strive towards that as I get leaner and more physically fit in the gym.

The only fruits approved on my strict diet i've done recently, were apples and occasionally oranges. Yes most fruits have sugars in them. But, if you're going to have any sugars, those are the best kinds to have. But if you want to cut out all sugars I would suggest only eating apples if you have to eat fruit.

Thank you. There is no easy to way to stop consuming sugar. You have to just go for it, and suffer through the first 48 hours, while you're body "detoxes" you will have cravings and feel extra hungry. Once the sugar is out of your system it gets much much easier. You have to look for hidden sugars. They are in EVERYTHING.…

i have a friend who lost over 40 lbs on the HCG diet. Look into it. She has PCOS and nothing worked for her, but that did.

Are the pictures huge to anyone else? For some reason they are big and running off the page on my computer... I changed the sizes and edited it but they still look to big when I view this. Can you guys tell me, are they too big to you?

1 medium Gala apple for breakfast every day. Does the body good. One bottle of water to help fill me up, and then go onto the cup of coffee to get the day started!!

Every single morning. After I pee, before I drink or eat anything. Naked, yes, no clothes whatsoever. This gives you your true body weight. Thanks! It took me from April 2011 -- October 2011 to lose the first 30 lbs (eating regular foods, cheating often, but still counting calories and going on walks) Then since Dec. 2nd until Now, I've lost the other 24 lbs. (hcg diet)

I just counted calories and went on walks with my 2 babies in the double stroller starting in April and all the way through September. I didn't cut out any foods and didn't drink enough water, and still gave in to temptations and cheats... I was still able to lose about 30 lbs that way. Took me a long time though. PATIENCE…

the pill always made me gain weight too, that's why I don't take it. Even the LoLoEstrin kind which is like the lowest hormone possible, made me gain weight. Only like 5 lbs but STILL. Ugh. Hubby is getting a vasectomy so I don't have to take the pill. No more hormones in my body PLEASE. I hate that.
