OMG WOW. I am also 5'8 and my "goal" is to get to 160 but you just showed me I should aim much lower, its possible and amazing

I'm 5'8 (not as tall as most of you but still considered tall for a woman) I've lost 50 lbs so far, still have another 50 to go!! But, you can tell a difference.

You are both so beautiful! Then, and especially now! You look much healthier and happier!!

I thought you were the mom, until I read the post. Crazy. You look great!

Really it doesn't matter whether its net calories or not. As long as you are switching things up, keeping your body guessing, it should work.

To remind me that he loves me every day. Just as much as the day he put the band on my hand. It's a piece of him, I can carry with me always.

Same thing here. I have never been a fan of my breasts as they have never been "perky" but now that I'm losing weight and don't forget the 2 kids I had in the past 2 years... my breasts are... depressing LOL. My plan is to lose the weight, KEEP it off, and if I can do that, reward myself with a breast lift (and maybe some…

I don't know about everyone else here... but... I'd rather be a thin, healthy, rockin' body kind of girl with a B cup, than be this big, fat, overweight chic with big boobs. Yea the boobs are nice, but I'll take a healthy in shape body ANY way I can get it even if the boobs go away. I'd rather be "Jen who weighs a healthy…

great work I know how hard it is with kids!!

I am right there with you! My son turned 2 in July. My daughter turns 1 next week. They are only 16 months apart. The one thing that I am thankful for, is that I stay at home with them right now and aside from school work (in college part time) I have the free time to be with them, and try to work out. It is possible, but…

I have a friend who's doing the HCG diet she takes it, but can only eat certain foods while on it or it won't work and its only about 500 calories a day but I guess the stuff makes you feel fuller. There is like 4 or 5 stages and you slowly start bringing more food back into your diet as it goes along. She has lost over 20…

I would mostly instill in children how much fun it is to stay active and be fit, and how it is unhealthy and you can get sick when you get older if you're too over weight. teaching them to make good choices food wise, esp. drinking water and portion control, is way more important than what size you are or how much you…

when you find these answers, let me know. better yet write a letter and inform CNN. Its a mystery.

same thing happened to me its just your body adjusting to the changes it will slow down eventually and what used to feel hungry to you will just feel normal. changing eating habits is hard on the body give yourself time to adjust but don't give up. make sure you eat plenty of protein and fiber. that will keep you fuller…

try zig zagging calories, there is a website that calculates how to zig zag calories i forget what it is but u can google it im sure. that will trick your body somewhat and you might drop a few pounds. also you sound pretty disciplined in your workouts. i would think your body is used to your calorie intake and workout…

That is tough that you have school for 8 hours each day. Do you have any days off school? I would do some hard core exercise in those days. Then just try to fit in a quick work out from 9-12 while all kids are in school and before lunch. They make exercise videos that are quick but still get your heart rate up real good…

Good luck you have been through so much, I'm sure you can conquer this journey as well :)

depending on how often you breast feed or how much the baby is eating... you may only burn 300 calories a day which isn't much, so be careful. i actually gained weight while breast feeding my daughter because I thought it would just "fall off" the way it did with breast feeding my son. Doesn't always work that way. Drink…

It is so funny that you posted this. I was just looking at myself in the mirror today trying to see if anything else is changing on my body. Every once in a while you notice something is starting to change. I'm noticing mine is still there, (and the poor bottom is so ruined from the c-section) BUT it is getting looser and…

You look so wonderful!!

try zig zagging calories too

great job keep it up! it does get harder, not going to sugar coat it for you. the first pounds just fall off then you really have to work for it, but you can do it! never give up!
