I need to figure out the same thing I've been stuck for 6 weeks now, no weight loss... so frustrating.

Good luck! YOU CAN DO IT

Drink plenty of water. If they have a gym force yourself to work out a little. You may not always log everything you consume but try to stay conscious of your choices. Remember even a little effort is better than no effort. Walk as much as you can. SLEEP in and rest a lot. I don't care what anyone says, sleep is crucial to…

Take it one day at a time. Breast feeding wont keep making you lose weight like the initial weight you have lost, you will have to eat right and exercise on top of it. I lost 20 lbs while doing this and breast feeding, but before that I had gained weight while breast feeding. I was having supply issues and I was eating A…

I'm the same way. 25 lbs down and still in the same size clothes and everything. Just keep at it. You never know another 5-10 pounds could be the difference maker. But pictures really do help I suggest taking them.

I am the same way. Don't beat yourself up, just try to have very low calorie snacks that you can eat and drink more water. I like the Pop Secret popcorn its only 100 calories and its a lot, so you feel like you ate a lot and you feel pretty full. Or I'll eat a yogurt. Sometimes I'll force myself to do a little work out and…

It is not about a calorie number each day, and it isn't about skipping meals to cut weight. It's about eating well balanced meals and giving your body what it NEEDS to make you feel the best that you can. If you just eat healthy as often as you can, and do moderate exercise, you will feel so much better, even if the scale…

That is so great. I know it must feel so good to be down 56 lbs. I'm down 25 and feeling great.

I have to force myself to stay away from the peanut butter because its just too many calories I can't find any kind that isn't at least 150 calories per serving. If I could afford to just eat 5 tbsp at a time I totally could, and WOULD. I have sat there with a spoon and ate about 4 spoonfuls or more. It is so addicting.…

Um, considering the average healthy weight loss is 4-5 lbs a month, you are doing amazing. Don't beat yourself up dude. You're awesome. Keep it up

I really like this post. Made me smile. Good for you. It is such a good feeling when we know all our hard work is paying off and our body is loving us for it.

Everyone is different. But I think you need more than 1200 for now. Usually women who are shorter and thinner than you eat 1200 each day. Everything from gender to age to height and weight play a factor in how many calories you should eat.

I stopped logging mine when I cut back like that. I figured at most I'm burning 100-200 calories, at the MOST that way, and thats not enough of a deficit to really even matter. So I stopped tracking nursing, and figured any extra calories I burned doing it were a bonus to help the weight come off better. Great job breast…

It is a sacrifice, there is no doubt about it. If you want to change your body you have to make sacrifices. That was what "clicked" in my head one day and since then I've lost 20 lbs. I used to think "its not fair" because everyone else I knew could eat whatever they wanted and not be fat. I thought I should be able to eat…

I started at 260, I'm now 240, down 20 pounds and still in the same size pants. Everyone loses weight differently. I think the less weight you have to lose, the quicker you drop pants sizes though.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Well said.

You will be so proud of yourself with a VBAC, because vaginal birth is so completely different than a c section, I've had one of each and while both are amazing experiences of meeting your baby, I will always cherish the natural way more. I was healed and 100% myself again after just 3 DAYS. My C section was much much…

More than why you're doing it, is the fact of whether you are READY to do it. You can have all your ducks in a row and know why you want to get in shape and change your eating, but if you aren't truly committed and ready for it, you will never see it through. The time is different for everyone.
