OMG I had to hunt this post down because I thought I wrote it! LOL I don't do "diet" because that isn't practical for my family, and I don't want to cook 4 different meals on taste, smell, like, dislike. I just keep my meals in control and make smart choices. Today I'm giving myself the word WACKY! I have been posting and ripsticking all day. LOL I'm trying not to burn too many calories today extra...using today as my nothing day. YEY! So WACKY is my word today.
