The best way to start is just by walking. Walking a lot, as much as possible. Make sure you have comfortable shoes :)

Today was a pull day. So I did rows, curls, pull ups, and hanging leg raises. 40 minutes, super set with some extra curls at the end. This evening I will spend an hour on the bike.

Oh yeah I'm seeing results, I have a long way to go I think though. My ultimate goal is visible abs. So I probably have another 15 or 20 pounds to lose.

I was really close. I lost 9.6 pounds. Anyway, I'm getting back into it. Today I mixed it up a little with a shoulder work out. Shoulder press Lateral raises Front raises Hanging leg raises Weighted sit-ups Then I did 65 minutes on the bike for 1000 calories. Carl, thanks for starting the new thread.

Yep. Sleep is huge. Coffee is not a replacement. It's okay though, sometimes you just have to make due with the sleep you get. I only got 4 hours last night due to a sick little girl :(

Actually. Yes coffee. Or if you can't drink a pot in the morning before your workout, then you should work out in the afternoon. I have not bulked. I'm still cutting and for the first time in my life. But it seems to me that your answered your own question. If your still losing fat your not bulking. I know I'd have a hard time with it after working so hard to limit my intake, but it sounds like you need to eat more.

Bacon. Bacon grease. Olive oil. Butter. Cream. Fatty meats. Egg yokes. This is where I get my fats from. Seriously. Eat some bacon. Like a blt with 8 pieces of bacon fried in the bacon grease. It's good for you :)
