  • I live in Central Texas-the Brazos Valley area-halfway about halfway between Dallas and Ft Worth and yeah, the heat/humidity is horrendous!   • Count me in! I've been losing steadily for the past couple of months but hit a snag this past week so this will help me get back on track. I'm thinking the 15 pounds by the end of August will work for me as well!
