Happy birthday!!!! It will be O.K. even if you slip up. I say enjoy a small piece of cake and a little ice cream. Make sure to log it and remind yourself you have been working hard and deserve a little treat now and again. I don't deprive myself of any foods, that way there is less chance of me binging.

My fiance and I were both sick that way last week!!!!!!!! He lost 6+ pounds and is now below 200 as well!! I lost 3.5 pounds. I will have to see if I gain any back this week. So far I haven't!!!

I love roasting veggies in the oven. Sweet potatoes, parsnips, cauliflower. Just toss with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, roast on a cookie sheet at about 375 degrees for 20-30 mins. You can add other spices to the veggies also. I love garam masala with the sweet potatoes.

I am an expiration date freak. If I have an open jar of mayo, I will buy a brand new one to use even if the opened jar has only been opened for a week. If the tortillas don't have mold and don't smell funky, eat them. I keep mine in the fridge to extend their life.
