Try a good protein shake...it is easy and should hold you for about 3 hours. I also snack on animal crackers, protein bars (Fiber 1 bars are good) and fruit. If you do the protein shakes buy a shaker bottle....just ask for it at any GNC or like store...they will know wht you are talking about.

Do inches not weight and you'll notice a lot of change more there than you will on any scale.

I love fresh green beans steamed in a pan with pine nuts or almonds. My fav is sliced zucinni and yellow squash with mini peppers (green, red, yellow, and orange) in a basket on the grill...mix in a little oil salt and pepper to taste...AWESOME!

I do animal crackers. I like the crunch and it helps me. They are 140 calories for 17 (depends on the brand of animal crackers) and 4 grams of fat. They are good and I can share them with my kids!

Mine is kind of boring...but as a desk cop I spend entirely to much time at my desk doing work. So....my goal today is to try to do as much work as normal while still getting some healhty walking in while I work.

You don't have to run...you can do ab crunches while you watch TV. You can walk the dog...if you have 1. You can do yard work or clean the house. Whatever it takes to get your heart pumping and make you a little sweaty. Don't feel like you have to start right off doing a 5k...take small steps. Get in a habit of doing…

WE all have to stop looking at it as a DIET and look at it as a LIFESTYLE! It won't stay off unless you change that! Think positive and don't just rely on the scales in your bathroom. Rely on how your clothes feel on you. It won't happen over night so think of it as day 1 of the rest of my life. YOU CAN DO IT!

Don't stress...eat healthy and keep up the exercise and before you know it the weight will just be falling off. Hang in there...it isn't something that happens over night.

I have the same problem. However, I find it more relaxing to do it alone after the boys are in bed. SO I started doing my exercise at night around 8:30 and either do the elliptical or yoga. It is a very relaxing way to end the day and gets all the built up stress out. I then hit the shower and chill the rest of the night…

I use them on nights that I have a game to play to take with me. I like them and if you get the right ones they are good. They are high in protein which is good if you are exercising often. My favorite is the Muscle Milk (light) chocolate. It taste the best in my opinion.
