Mine is to make it 3 miles on my run today. Sorry, nothing altruistic... There's only one other person in my office today but I have already made them laugh, so that's something.0

My goal is to be pleasant and supportive of my co-worker I can't stand because today is his 90 day competency review and he probably needs to support.
I also want to stay in my calorie goal without any exercise as today is a rest day for me.0 -

Mine is kind of boring...but as a desk cop I spend entirely to much time at my desk doing work. So....my goal today is to try to do as much work as normal while still getting some healhty walking in while I work.0

Hmmm... going to do a selfish one today...
I am going out to a movie and a late dinner with friends and am going to have fun and not feel guilty about what I eat or drink!!0 -
I have two for today:
1). To NOT eat the goodies in the conference room that someone brought in and stick to my plan.
2). To not go crazy tonight at dinner with food and drinks.
I'm (walking) my first 5k tomorrow and I want to feel good for it, not to mention keeping myself on track for my weight loss goals!

so i drove to south philly today to meet my friend who was passing though the state to go to DC. i met him at Geno's and Pat's steaks. as i posted earlier, my goal was to not eat a cheese steak while i met up with him.... well...
not only did i watch my buddy eat one cheese steak at Pat's... but right after finishing the first we crossed the street and i watched him down a second from Geno's. I DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING! wooooooohoooooo....
it was tough though... thats my victory for the day. haha, i still have plenty of time to screw up!0 -

I had/have 3 goals for the day:
1. do a double spin to make calorie room for the dinner my husband and I are going to tonight. Check, did that.
2. clean my refrigerator (I too live on the edge!). Check, did that.
3. don't eat any bread and butter at dinner tonight. That will be hard but I just have to remind myself how many empty calories there are and avoid it. I will have dessert though! (and wine )0
