One thing that has helped me is switching to sumo deadlifts. If you are tall and long-legged, they might be easier for you to do with good form.

Welcome Allikat! I moved from NROL4W straight into NROLabs. I am on phase 2 now and loving it! It only takes me 50 minutes each time. Sorry to be so late on reporting! The point goes to me if you'd like to add it. I decided to move on to the planks with leg lifts and arm lifts and elevated side planks with feet on a Swiss ball. That was very challenging! I fell off many times but kept trying again. Would it be cheating to put the ball against a wall?

The point goes to me this week! My planks have all increased by 5 seconds each time (front/side/elevated plank/elevated side) . I think now it will be time to switch it up and start doing it with a leg elevated or feet on a Swiss ball to increase the challenge.

Sam- I haven't increased my weights on stage one yet either. I am increasing my plank time, mostly because that is my "challenge" for this go around. Do you think we should be pushing to increase our weights as much as we did in NROL4W?
