I eat every few hours... so I usually eat dinner around 6:30 and then have my evening snack around 8:00 8:30... as long as you are eating healthy and eating on some what of a schedule I don't see why it should matter.

yes there are upper and lower body workouts so although it is called the " butt bible" it is really a complete body workout program :-) and it is FREAKING AWESOME btw :-)

these symptoms go along with anemia .. I was having the same kinda stuff ..also some dizzy spells and found out I was very anemic... you should have your levels checked.

1)I tried something new...Crossfit... and I loved it! 2) I increased my medicine ball weight for many different exercises and killed it :-) 3) I got in some quality time with my hubby :-)

my family doesn't like fish but I do... so I want to start introducing it into my diet too... I tried the uncle Gordons buttered garlic fish fillets and they were pretty tasty :-) and it is easy cause you just pop it in the oven :-)

^^^^^^^THIS.... also I usually have one day that is just cardio so no weights ..maybe a run or zumba or something and then one day of complete sit my @$$ on the couch rest LMAO :-) Sundays are usually my rest days since those are the only days I can fully devote to being lazy :-)
