This!!!! I just had a camping trip with my family... My hubs and I also did insanity together. I am in shape he was not. He struggled, me not so much. He lost inches and belly fat... YUP... It can de done.... its only 30 min.. give them some coloring books and crayons set them at the table or in highchairs give them a snack and tell them they are not to move until mommy is done. I guess it depends on how disciplined they are and how firm you are. but My kids.. ages 12 and 4 both know that mommy's…

I'm pear shape too.. It has its good and bad qualities.. I love my booty and my hips but my thighs if I don't really watch what I eat get out of control.. I have to do lots of lower body weight training to keep everything tight and lifted.

not sure why they think it is hard on the knees.. I have knee issues and this program had no effect on them. but thats just me... :-)

yes that is what I did.. for some reason I though it was a month each disk but you're right it was 2 wks.. :-)
