If you can do it investing in a heart rate monitor that calculates calorie burn makes life so much simpler.

I had asked this question earlier and I was told to put it in for roughly 20 cal per 1 minute due to research showing that kbells burn 20cal per min!

I bought a heart rate monitor so when it arrives I can be more accurate with it...but for now that is how I have mine plugged in.

When I use the kettlebell, I only burns about 10 cal or less per minute. I think 20 cal/min might be a bit of an over-estimated for OP. I would probably log it as circuit training or calisthenics.
