Happy to give you the motivation to order it... you will need a sturdy chair, dumbbells and a bar bell :-) you can get a bar bell at most sports stores for about 20 bucks depending on the weight you get.. I started with a 9lb bar bell and 7lb dumbbells

why does protein matter? Protein powders such as whey isn't bad for you.. I wouldn't lump it in with taking medicines and what not. weird... All of my success has been achieved through healthy food choices...including protein powder, and diligence with a consistent workout schedule.

i'm 5'6 about 112- 113lbs and can wear my 12yr old son's shirts LMAO ;-) as long as you are healthy ie: getting proper nutrition/calories I wouldn't worry about it. If you are really concerned see your doctor or just up your calories.

some are both.. mine happens to be a trainer and a nutritionist.. but that aside I would look into getting a new trainer one that treats you better and listens to your ideas/concerns and doesn't immediately discredit them.
