Oh thats another thing.. I fill my water bottle and I keep track of how much water I take in.. so if my hubby or kids want a sip I'm like "hey get your own bottle, I need to keep track"... LMAO ..

Hit the gym at 5am then came home and did insanity! :-) usually I get my workout in at 2pm so it will be nice to just have the rest of my day to chill and get done anything I need to without breaking to workout :-)

thats your abs thanking you for working them out :-) those are reverse crunches :-) great work! another low impact ab workout is bicycle crunches it works the entire abdominal area :-)

you also need to have a good diet... whole grains, lean meats,no alcohol,lots of water, fresh fruit, veggies, limit sweets...that kinda stuff... if you open your diary I will take a peak and see if I can give you any pointers
